Overview
Kubrick expresses the hyperreality of the iconic director’s pioneering aesthetic. Extruded, gravity-defying geometric forms traverse the paper, criss-crossing with striking angularity. A play of exuberant and muted colours – some block, others ombre – heighten the sense of movement as these intersecting objects push through space. Inspired by the1968 classic, 2001 A Space Odyssey, the dynamic drama of this design imbues a space with a cinematic quality, suggestive of a rushing, ceaseless metropolis.
