The Pattern Collective

Sara Phillips

Sara graduated in the summer of 2009 with a degree in Textile Design from Central Saint Martins. After a short stint working in Shanghai she decided to move to Pembrokeshire, which inspired her immensely, with its breathtakingly wild and beautiful coast.

Sara went on to develop Seascape Curiosities which strongly reflects her love of the natural world which has a charming interpretation of the ocean that will evoke your imagination. Her philosophy is to retain purity and simplicity by using pen and ink to retain the integrity and individuality of her designs. Sara’s work is kept hands on using traditional techniques with a slight touch of modern technology.

Seascape Curiosities has had success designing and collaborating with American retailers, as well as stocking a list of interior designers and developing and creating designs for restaurants and hotels.
