Santorus

The brother ad sister behind Santorus are o strangers to the creative industries. Coming from a design rich background, their parents currently sit on the British Institute of Interior Designers (BIID) and re Patrons of the British Fashion Council Trust.

However, it was the rich cultural heritage they inherited that inspired them to create their own artistic expression. Being of Italian and Indian descent they decided to express these seemingly contrasting cultures inn the only way they knew how - through art. Whilst Fabian works curating imagery, Tara injects her trademark use of color and casts the imagery into their unique collections.

They launched their first fashion collection during London Fashion Week 2016 - "Madness is the Glory of Life" was launched at the Saatchi Gallery. Their printed leather jacket was described as the "statement piece of London Fashion Week". It wasn't long before they secured retail locations in London, Glasgow, Bath and Dublin as well as various online outlets.

Next, it was time to launch the parallel interiors collection in London's Syon Park. Creating a unique concept to showcase their work, it wasn't long before they began to supply award winning interior designers working on international projects including luxury hotels, top end restaurants and spectacular residential estates.

Subtle is not a word that you would use to describe SANTORUS.
The London fashion house describes its collections as ‘unashamedly opulent’, ‘flamboyant’ and ‘exuberant’ which is evident from the first glimpse of the collection.
“Our collections are based around art: true art evokes an emotional response. The launch campaign not only shows off the exquisite colours of our individual pieces but captures the dramatic persona of the entire collection.” says FabianSantoro, one of the founders of Santorus.

To capture this they have worked with Young Fashion Photographer of the Year Catherine Laura.

Catherine, like us, comes from a fine art back ground–her underwater worlds have as much character and personality as they do beauty.

“The campaign and the collection are designed to play with your mind a littlebit;youhavetofigureoutwhererealitystopsandthemadnessbegins.Havingsaidthat,weweren’tcontentwithjustproducinganintriguingimage,itwasessentialforustoshowoffthecollection’ssensationalspectrumofcolour.”
