Green illustration on lilac background
Victoria Cramsie searched endlessly for stylish wallpaper for her twin sons... and what she found (or didn't find, rather) is how PaperBoy was born. She wanted to create something that was masculine, fun and engaging for them but also appealing to her sense of style.
After asking her boys what they liked, she got to work hand drawing patterns based on their suggestions (dinosaurs, graffiti, robots and skeletons!). Although she created PaperBoy with boys in mind, it turns out that lots of girls love it too. Whether that’s little princesses who’d rather chase dragons than be rescued from them, or stylish moms looking for options other than pink.
So that’s how the PaperBoy story began. It’s wonderful to think of how the story continues on walls across the land. Whether you’re a wide-eyed little child, an imaginative older one or a totally sophisticated grown-up, Victoria hopes you get as much pleasure from decorating with PaperBoy designs as she does from making them.
